1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Happy Hoops! By enrolling in our netball coaching classes, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms outline our policies regarding registration, fees, cancellation, safety, and more.

2. Information About Happy Hoops
Happy Hoops is a kids netball coaching business dedicated to providing a fun and engaging learning environment for children of all skill levels.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
4.1 Booking a Class
Enroll online at happyhoops.co.uk
Provide all necessary personal information during registration.
Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your booking, class time/location, and program information.
Class schedules are subject to change. We will notify you if your class time/location changes.
All prices include applicable taxes
4.2 Payment
Fees are paid in advance on a monthly basis.
Your initial payment will include your first month's fees and a membership fee (if applicable).
Subsequent monthly payments will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month.
You authorize Happy Hoops to take automatic monthly payments until you provide written notice to cancel (30 days in advance).
It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for automatic payments.
Failed payments may result in loss of your place in the class and additional fees.
4.3 Cancellation by You
Fees are non-refundable except with prior written approval from Happy Hoops.
A full refund will be issued (excluding membership fee) if a child attends the first class and withdraws within 24 hours with written notice.
No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes after the initial 24-hour window.
Acts of God (extreme weather, etc.), strikes, or public health emergencies may result in class cancellation without refund or credit.
Happy Hoops will notify you of any fee changes.
4.4 Cancellation by Happy Hoops
Happy Hoops reserves the right to cancel your enrollment at any time before the class commences.
We will provide as much notice as possible for last-minute lesson changes or cancellations.
We will not reimburse any expenses incurred due to missed messages.
A credit for the cancelled lesson will be added to your account and deducted from your next automatic payment.
We reserve the right to cancel a class with insufficient enrollment. We will offer you an alternative class or a refund.
In the event of cancellation by Happy Hoops before the class commences, any fees for outstanding classes will be refunded within 30 days.
5. Attendance
Your class payment reserves your spot. Missed classes are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us by email or phone at least 48 hours in advance.
If you notify us of an absence but your circumstances change and you can attend, please contact your local provider to confirm space availability.
We offer a "Send-a-Friend" option (subject to availability) where you can send a substitute child for a missed session.
6. Termination by You
Statutory cancellation rights generally available to consumers do not apply to our classes.
New customers who attend the first session and decide it's not a good fit can receive a full refund with written notification within 24 hours of the first class.
Existing customers can cancel their enrollment with 1 month's (30 days) written notice to their local provider. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes after the notice is received.
7. Parent/Guardian Responsibility
The parent/guardian guarantees the information provided during registration is accurate and agrees to notify Happy Hoops of any changes.
The child and caregiver attending the class will be free from any contagious illness or injury.
You are responsible to inform us of any conditions affecting your child's capabilities during sessions.
The parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees that the child is under the caregiver's supervision throughout the class. The caregiver is responsible for the child's welfare and conduct.
The parent/guardian agrees to indemnify Happy Hoops for any loss, liability, or costs incurred due to the actions of the parent/guardian, child, or caregiver.
We expect respectful behavior from all customers towards coaches, other customers, and the public. Unacceptable behavior may result in permanent exclusion from the program.
The definition of unacceptable behavior is at the discretion of Happy Hoops.
Siblings are allowed on the premises as long as they do not interfere with
